Over the years Hamid with his talent and creativity has applied “An Art of India” on the Isle of Man which has given him numerous awards from Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2006, Best Business Guide 2004, 2005, 2006 to Best 100 Restaurant in the British CurryAwards 2006. Hamid’s introduction in the industry started at a very young age. Now with 14 years experience behind him and his knowledge in food and wine is to see how high The Millennium Saagar can go in the pursuit of excellence.

After working and training in various star hotels in Mumbai in India. His managerial skills and talent has retain The Millennium Saagar an Award winning restaurant.

Fakhruddin Bellary

joined The Millennium Saagar in 2001 as specialist chef and then he got promoted to executive chef by his talent, ambition and creativity. Born in Banglore and grew up in Mumbai, where he started his career working in various hotel and restaurants in traditional authentic Indian cuisine.
He then had the opportunity to work abroad in the Middle East, Hotel Al-Harithy a four star hotel when he started exploring his expertise and learning other cuisine i.e. Arabic, Lebanese and Continental.
